Join us every Friday for a Nervous System Regulating journey at Moana Space Studio, where you're invited to relax, release and reconnect.

In our weekly event, we'll immerse ourselves in the heart-centring medicine of breath and sound. As we sip on a warm herbal tea, we'll reconnect with our breath and tap into our core essence, grounding ourselves in the present moment.

Then, surrender to the rhythm of sacred sound and support deep relaxation and Nervous System Regulation.

This 60-minute journey is a sanctuary for relaxation, release, and recovery, offering you the opportunity to nurture your well-being in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Chronic Pain - A Holistic Perspective

In these 45 minutes, we will discuss the role of naturopathy in supporting the management of chronic pain.

You will gain an understanding of the role of nutrition and how to mindfully choose the best options.

You will find out about the latest research-based supplements to support daily wellness and discover the role of stress and nervous system regulation supporting the management of pain.

Drinks and healthy nibbles provided.

Nervous System Regulation Class

ONLINE - 29/01/2023 - 9.00PM (Rome Time GMT+1)

In these 50 minutes we will start the class with a brief discussion on the importance of the nervous system and how it relates to stress and anxiety.

Next I will guide you through a series of breathing exercises designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

We will then move into a guided meditation practice to further calm the mind and body.

The meditation will be focused on bringing awareness to the present moment and allowing for a release of tension and stress.

We will end the class by setting some intentions for the week.

Bring along: a pen, paper, a cosy blanket, an herbal tea and, if you have an essential oil (peppermint sweet orange or lavender preferably).

Hormonal Balance - An holistic perspective

In these 50 minutes we will talk about hormonal balance in a holistic and unconventional way.

We will discuss the importance of supporting the liver at an organic and energetic level, during this particular time of year, right before spring. We will also find out what level of overburden your liver might be facing now.

I will give you many tips on helpful natural practices and remedies for well-being.
